Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract (the date of your registration for a paid subscription).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
Important notice regarding digital services:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract for the provision of services has been fully performed before you have exercised your right of withdrawal, and if performance has only begun after you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
When subscribing to a paid plan on Re-create.ai, you will be asked to expressly confirm the following:
For subscription contracts (monthly/annual) that are not fully performed within the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal remains in effect until the end of the current billing cycle. A pro-rata refund for the unused period may be claimed in this case.
Electronic Withdrawal (from 19 June 2026)
From 19 June 2026, we will be required under the amended EU Consumer Rights Directive to provide an electronic withdrawal button. This will be accessible in your account under Profile → Settings and will allow you to withdraw from the contract directly online without needing to send us an email.
After pressing the button, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email with the date and time of your withdrawal.
